Since 2010, the Kongres Magazine has been presenting the most interesting meeting destinations to international meeting planners. Tallinn placed first in the L-category meeting destinations.
Estonian Design Festival June 17-19 2022
This year’s European Design Festival will be hosted in Tallinn on June 17-19 2022. Creative people from all over Europe are expected to take part in the Festival Programme, which will also be open to the wider public. Tallinn extends rent exemption on outdoor terraces
The Tallinn City Government has decided to continue the full rent exemption for outdoor terraces in the city until the end of May this year, with a 50 per cent rental discount from the beginning of June until the end of August. Full rent exemption will again be applied from the beginning of September until the end of December this year.

Estonian Designers' Union launched a sustainable design competition RoheAsi (GreenThing) on Monday. The competition is organized in cooperation with the city of Tallinn, which in 2023 will hold the title of European Green Capital.
