The city of Tallinn and Utilitas OÜ will enter into a partnership agreement with the aim of creating the joint venture AS Utilitas Tallinna Soojus for district heating, 33.34% being owned by the city and 66.66% by Utilitas. The new joint venture will be a holding company leading investments in the Tallinn region, while AS Utilitas Tallinn will continue to sell heat.

Deputy Mayor Kaarel Oja visited Odessa, Tallinn’s partner city in Ukraine on 11-14 May and met with the mayor, members of the City Government and local cultural figures. The objective of the meetings was to reaffirm our sustained commitment to supporting Ukraine and Odessa during the ongoing war and deepen our cultural cooperation.

Following the success of Tallinn's night bus pilot project this year, the city has announced that night buses will now operate year-round, including new routes to Nõmme and Viimsi. Adjustments to existing routes will also be implemented, enhancing accessibility for more passengers.
