Tallinn to host the world’s largest sports event for children
From 4–7 August, Tallinn will host the 57th International Children’s Games (ICG) – the world’s largest multi-sport event for 12–15-year-olds, officially recognised by the International Olympic Committee. The competition brings together city delegations from across the globe.

Tallinn and Seoul to launch cooperation to boost startup collaboration
The City of Tallinn, the Seoul Business Agency, and Startup Estonia signed a memorandum of understanding on 19 June with the aim of fostering cooperation between Estonian and South Korean startups and supporting two-way market entry.

3x3 Basketball Tournament Group Draw Results
The groups for the ICG Tallinn 2025 3x3 basketball tournament have been announced. The boys' tournament will feature 24 teams, and the girls' tournament 14 teams.
Tallinn's bicycle shelter procurement canceled
The City of Tallinn has cancelled the bicycle shelter procurement initiated by the Tallinn Urban Environment and Public Works Department, as all bids significantly exceeded the expected cost. The department has been tasked with launching a new tender that incorporates expert recommendations and ensures a reasonable price. The bike shelters are set to be built for the next cycling season in spring
Beach Volleyball Tournament Groups Announced
The groups have been announced for the ICG Tallinn 2025 beach volleyball tournament. The girls’ tournament features 18 teams, while the boys’ tournament includes 10 teams.
