According to a draft resolution of the Tallinn City Council, an agreement of good intentions between the City of Tallinn and the Estonian Basketball Association will be approved to host a group stage of the 2029 European Basketball Championship.
This September, Estonia will host a rare basketball spectacle: the Japanese top-league club Yokohama B-Corsairs, featuring Estonian national team star Maik-Kalev Kotsar, and the newly crowned Polish champions Warsaw Legia, coached by Heiko Rannula, will play a series of pre-season exhibition games in Estonia. Their opponents will include each other as well as Estonia’s top clubs BC Kalev/Cramo and Tartu Ülikool Maks & Moorits.
The groups for the ICG Tallinn 2025 3x3 basketball tournament have been announced. The boys' tournament will feature 24 teams, and the girls' tournament 14 teams.
Due to rain, today's (August 5) remaining basketball games will be moved to Kalev Sports Hall (Juhkentali 12). Games will resume at 15:00. The schedule is delayed by one hour. Example: if your original game time was 15:00, it will now start at 16:00.
