Tallinn is making investments into smart solutions for companies
The Tallinnovation competition, which supports smart city solutions, received ten applications this year. The city of Tallinn, along with the Tehnopol Science and Business Park, chose four winners from among the ten applicants. The winners will receive 100,000 euros of investment, which is a record-breaking sum.

Tallinnovation competition brings smart city solutions to urban space
Four innovative solutions were selected from this year’s application round of the Tallinnovation smart city competition, organized in cooperation of the Science Park Tehnopol and the City of Tallinn. The winners were road safety sensors, solar-powered luminaries, drones for rescue operations and an innovative package recycling solution.
Last call to submit ideas for smart city solutions
The deadline for submitting smart city solutions for the €100 000 Tallinnovation innovation competition is 15 September.
The innovation fund is investing 100,000 euros in smart city solutions. Candidates can submit their applications until 15 September.
The Tallinnovation innovation competition is organised jointly by the city of Tallinn and the Tehnopol Science and Business Park with the aim of finding smart city solutions that will improve the services and the environment of the city for residents and visitors. A record 100,000 euros is available for investment in smart city solutions this year.
