Song and Dance Celebration to bring temporary traffic changes
To ensure the smooth organization of the XXVIII Song and XXI Dance Celebration “Iseoma” next week, the City of Tallinn is implementing several temporary changes to traffic and public transportation to ensure safe and convenient movement for participants and guests.
