Tallinn’s 2024 budget in the urban planning and heritage conservation sector focuses on planning new kindergartens, valuing historical urban spaces, and modernizing information systems for more efficient and faster planning processes.
To promote separate collection of bio-waste, the City of Tallinn will provide residents of detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses and two-apartment houses with home composters and collection containers on preferential terms.
