Tallinn presents SOFTacademy neighbourhood renewal project at Venice Architecture Biennale
The City of Tallinn, in collaboration with the TalTech Academy of Architecture and Urban Studies, is set to present its neighbourhood-based renovation initiative SOFTacademy at the Venice Architecture Biennale.
