At noon on Christmas Eve, Tallinn Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart proclaimed a Christmas peace, traditionally reading a historic Christmas greeting from the Town Hall window.

Tomorrow, 3 December, the eighth apartment association conference will take place at the Tallinn Creative Hub (Põhja pst 27). It is a traditional annual event for representatives of housing associations and apartment owners, addressing current housing issues and areas of cooperation between the city and association members.

As of 1 January 2023, social monitoring services in Tallinn will be provided by Koduandur OÜ and Viking Security AS, with whom the contract has been signed for three years. Tallinn Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart and Deputy Mayor Tanel Kiik, who visited Ukraine today, handed over 14 diesel buses as a gift to the Mayor of Zhytomyr Serhiy Sukhomlin. In the afternoon, Tallinn city leaders also handed over to the municipalities of the Zhõtomyr region electricity generators and other essential supplies sent from Tallinn.

Today, 4 January, the cornerstone was laid for the Kadriorg Park Economic Building (L. Koidula 34a, Tallinn). A modern building inspired by the historical orangery is under construction, part of which will be open to visitors in the future.
