Election week for the European Parliament starts on Monday, June 3. Early and electronic voting will take place from June 3 to June 8, with Election Day on Sunday, June 9.

Starting Monday, June 10, construction will begin on the pedestrian tunnel at the intersection of Paldiski maantee and Tehnika Street. This project will result in temporary changes to traffic arrangements and, in later stages, a temporary disruption of train services around the Balti jaam train station.

The Tallinn Property Department is set to build a supportive housing facility at Tammsaare tee 135 in Mustamäe, which will offer municipal housing for the elderly, people with disabilities, and young families. Tallinn's Deputy Mayor Viljar Jaamu will officially hand over the title of summer capital, along with the ceremonial baton, to the Mayor of Pärnu during the event "Hello, Pärnu Summer" on Friday, June 21, at 18:30.

From June 20-21, one of Europe’s largest technology and innovation conferences, The Next Web 2024, took place in Amsterdam. The event gathered companies, investors, and representatives from national and local governments. Tallinn was represented by Deputy Mayor Margot Roose, who met with innovation leaders from various cities and participated in a panel discussion.
