This year the City of Tallinn supports hobby schools with €327 500 with the aim to support the recreational education of children aged 7-19.

On Friday, 10 March at 4 pm, the photo exhibition "I choose life" will open on Freedom Square, depicting Ukrainians who fled to Estonia from the war and their stories. The exhibition will be open until 25 March.

At the annual MELT Innovation Forum at the Creative Hub, 30 inspiring speakers will perform and around 30 innovative products and services will be on display in the exhibition area. Some 300 participants are expected to contribute their ideas and find new ways of working together.

During this year’s first round of non-profit music projects, 54 projects were submitted and the chosen projects received support from the city in the sum of 152,650 euros. In total, the expert commission decided to support 27 events.

The application round for the Tallinnovation competition, organised jointly by the City of Tallinn and the science and business campus Tehnopol, began this week. A new corpus was opened today at the Iru Nursing Home in which six wards equipped with modern and high levels of integrated social and health services will provide care for citizens who require high maintenance care.
