At 14:00 on Saturday, 15 July, a second legal graffiti wall will be opened in Põhja-Tallinn, at the site of an old wall located at 2 Paljassaare Road.

Projects aiming to add more greenery to the city and facilities promoting active lifestyles emerged as the winners in Tallinn's 2024 participatory budget vote. One million euros have been set aside in the budget for the realization of these projects.

During the last two weekends of October, residents of Tallinn participated in a city-organized collection drive, handing over approximately 23,930.90 kilograms of hazardous waste and 107 cubic meters of reusable items. Tallinn residents have the ongoing opportunity to dispose of their hazardous household waste at no cost at six designated collection points throughout the city and at four waste treatment plants all year round.

The fourth participatory budgeting idea collection initiative in Tallinn has concluded successfully, with 492 ideas submitted, out of which 149 proposals have been selected for public voting. Residents can cast their votes for their favorite proposals starting Monday, November 20, until December 3, 2023.

International rating agency Fitch has affirmed Tallinn's long-term credit rating at its current high level of AA-, but revised the rating outlook to negative.

Tallinn will initiate a four-month-long night bus pilot project lasting from 19 May to 17 September. During this period, four routes will be active at night from Friday to Sunday.
