Application round for summer youth brigades will open shortly
The application round for Õpilasmalev’s 2023 groups will be opened for Tallinn’s school students at 16:00 on Wednesday, 10 May. There are around 60 youth brigade groups available for hardworking young people aged 13-19 this summer.
Tallinn supports ‘Odessa Classics’ music festival with 15,000 euros
Fifteen thousand euros will be allocated from the reserve fund of Tallinn City Government to the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra to support Tallinn’s sister city Odessa and keep the tradition of Ukraine’s largest classical music festival ‘Odessa Classics’ alive in Tallinn.
Historical Jaan Poska House in Kadriorg open to public on February 3
Jaan Poska’s house – the home of the notable statesman and the birthplace of the Treaty of Tartu – will open its doors to the public for the first time on Saturday, February 3 at 11 AM. In honor of the anniversary of the Treaty of Tartu, admission is free.
Tallinn to expand electric scooter parking areas next year
Following a successful pilot project this year in cooperation with electric scooter rental services Bolt and Tuul in Tallinn, the city plans to expand scooter parking areas next year. The aim is to organize parking for micro-mobility vehicles in a way that is safer for pedestrians.

This Sunday, 7 May, the Contemporary Art Museum of Estonia will again participate in a free of charge Museum Sunday after being closed for the winter season. Due to construction works and various events, the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds Visitor Centre will not take part in the Museum Sundays until August.
