Due to the construction of the second phase of the Vanasadama tram line, which will begin in April, changes will be made to 27 bus routes. From 4 April to 31 May 2023, buses 1, 2, 8, 9, 11, 14, 18, 18A, 20, 20A, 23, 29, 31, 34, 35, 38, 40, 44, 46, 48, 51, 55, 60, 63, 67 and 68 will be rerouted and bus 15 will change.
Tallinn Waste Centre will install 20 new containers for reusable clothing in the city this year. The first five new containers are located at Hiiu tänav 39, Haabersti tänav 1, Jõeküla tee 13, Endla tänav 23a and at the packaging point at the intersection of Magasin and Vaikse streets.

This Sunday, 7 May, the Contemporary Art Museum of Estonia will again participate in a free of charge Museum Sunday after being closed for the winter season. Due to construction works and various events, the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds Visitor Centre will not take part in the Museum Sundays until August.
Tallinn's public transportation will follow a Sunday schedule during the Christmas period. On New Year's Eve, December 31, due to a concert at Freedom Square, traffic will be closed in the area, and bus and trolley lines passing through will be rerouted. After midnight on January 1, several lines will operate extended services to ensure partygoers can return home via public transport.
