Nõmme’s water supply to switch to drinking water from Ülemiste water treatment plant for 12 hours
On Tuesday 28 March, AS Tallinna Vesi will be switching the water supply for the district of Nõmme to the drinking water from the Ülemiste water treatment plant for a period of 12 hours. The purpose of this test is to map out opportunities to ensure the water supply for the people and businesses of Nõmme in the event that the district suffers a wide-scale blackout and its well pump stations cannot supply them with water.
Tallinn continues to offer free legal advice in all city districts
This year the City of Tallinn offers free legal advice to residents on ten consultation days, scheduled in each city district. The first consultation day will take place this Friday, 17 March from 9 am to 6 pm at the Nõmme District Government.
Tallinn changes requirements for organizing trade in the city
Tallinn City Council decided at today's meeting to change the current trade organization - the trade organization requirements will change for all city authorities and the bodies they manage, including Tallinn’s public markets. A new application for the processing of sales permits will also be created.

On Friday, 10 March at 4 pm, the photo exhibition "I choose life" will open on Freedom Square, depicting Ukrainians who fled to Estonia from the war and their stories. The exhibition will be open until 25 March.
Children granted free entry to Tallinn Zoo this Saturday
On Saturday, 11 March, free entry is granted to children up to the age of 19 at Tallinn Zoo. The free visits take place on the second Saturday or every month until April. A student card or ID-card must be presented at the ticket office to get a free ticket.
