This year the City of Tallinn supports hobby schools with €327 500 with the aim to support the recreational education of children aged 7-19.

This year the City of Tallinn offers free legal advice to residents on ten consultation days, scheduled in each city district. The first consultation day will take place this Friday, 17 March from 9 am to 6 pm at the Nõmme District Government.

Tallinn has been offering residents free legal advice since March. Consultation days are held in each district according to a schedule. The next consultation days are held from 9:00-18:00 on 11 May at the Kesklinna Social Centre and from 9:00-18:00 on 25 May at the Haabersti Leisure Centre.

On Wednesday, December 6, the segment of Gonsiori Street between Reimani and Laikmaa streets will reopen to city centre-bound vehicle traffic, restoring routes to Estonia Boulevard. This section had been closed since April due to the construction of the Old City Harbour tramway. The reopening of this segment, along with the earlier opening of major nearby intersections, significantly improves traffic in the city centre.

Since March, Tallinn has offered free legal advice to residents in every district. The last consultation days for this year will be held on Thursday, October 26 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Tallinna Kesklinna Sotsiaalkeskus (Social Center in Kesklinn) and on Tuesday, November 14 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Pirita District Administration.

The City Government has sent a draft decree to the City Council, which aims to change the fees of Tallinn's public transport from 1 May 2023. Public transport will continue to be free of charge for all residents of Tallinn, the change only concerns hourly fares, short-term season tickets for residents of other municipalities and foreigners, and Aegna ferry tickets.
