Tallinn City Government sent a draft of a regulation to the City Council’s hearing today that would clarify the calculation process of the income-based benefit and which income sources are included.
From September 16-24, the ninth Days of National Cultures took place in Tallinn, featuring nearly a hundred events, including free concerts, exhibitions, language cafes, workshops, cultural evenings, and children's activities, representing almost 30 nationalities.
This year, Tallinn has given restoration grants to support the restoration of 24 historical buildings that include restoring roofs, façades and a historical elevator. New applications for restoration grants will be accepted from the beginning of the next year.
