From today, 3 September to 1 October, all Tallinners will be able to submit proposals on which projects could be funded from the city's participatory budget in 2022.

Yesterday, on August 18, the new visitor centre was presented at the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds (Lauluväljak) that tells a story of the Signing Revolution, the tradition of Song Festivals, and the history of the Song Festival Grounds. From September 18 until September 26, the seventh Ethnic Culture Days take place in Tallinn, starting with a traditional ethno-fair on the Town Hall Square on Saturday. The programme consists of free workshops, exhibitions and cinema screenings, concerts and overviews of the culture and customs of different nationalities living in Tallinn.
