Tallinn and the Estonian Red Cross sign an agreement to donate 20 buses to Ukraine
The City of Tallinn, AS Tallinna Linnatransport (TLT) and the Estonian Red Cross signed a cooperation agreement to donate 20 diesel buses to the Ukrainian city of Zhõtomyr. The buses will be accompanied by a humanitarian shipment of essential supplies to Ukraine.
New traffic regulations for public transport during the Independence Day weekend
Because of the annual public Defence Forces Parade, taking place on Vabaduse väljak, new traffic regulations will be put into force on Thursday 23 February, from 18:30 pm and Friday, 24 February from 8-17.
The construction of the Vanasadama tramline will change the routes of seven bus lines
From 7 March until 3 April the routes of seven bus lines will be having changes in their regular routes: bus lines No 9, 11, 31, 46, 55, 67 and 68.
Construction work on second phase of Vanasadama tram line to divert 27 bus lines to bypass route
Due to the construction of the second phase of the Vanasadama tram line, which will begin in April, changes will be made to 27 bus routes. From 4 April to 31 May 2023, buses 1, 2, 8, 9, 11, 14, 18, 18A, 20, 20A, 23, 29, 31, 34, 35, 38, 40, 44, 46, 48, 51, 55, 60, 63, 67 and 68 will be rerouted and bus 15 will change.

The number of journeys by public transport in Tallinn has started to increase again. The number of journeys has increased by more than 30% when comparing the first months of 2023 with the first months of 2022.
