Tallinn continues to pursue for the title of European Green Capital in 2023, a total of 16 cities across Europe will apply for this year’s title.

The Tallinn City Government has assigned the name of Ukraine Square to the so far unnamed square in Lembitu Park in the Sibulaküla subdistrict of Tallinn city centre.

The Patkuli stairway, connecting the Lower Town of Tallinn with the northern side of the Toompea stronghold, will be closed from Monday 6 June until 27 June due to the restoration works of the Toompea’s lower retaining wall.
