This Wednesday, Tallinn will celebrate Estonia’s Restoration of Independence Day with its annual concert at Harjumägi, August 20th Square. The concert will feature performances by Anett and Valter Soosalu, accompanied by the Tallinn Police Orchestra under the direction of Riivo Jõgi.
