Tallinn City Government has submitted the draft of the city's second supplementary budget for 2023 to the City Council, which specifies budgeted revenues, expenditures, investments, and financing transactions. The largest growth in expenses is planned in the fields of education and roads and streets.

The 13th Youth Song and Dance Celebration taking place next week brings temporary traffic changes to the City Centre and Song Festival Ground areas during the event and the days preceding it. Depending on the date and time, traffic restrictions will be in place in several locations. On 31 March, the City of Tallinn and Alfa Property OÜ signed a cooperation agreement for the construction of public infrastructure related to the Hipodroomi development. This is the first contract awarded under the public infrastructure financing regulation adopted last year.
