The City of Tallinn is taking the next step in building a new tram line – preparations for the construction of the Pelguranna tram line are moving into the design phase. The new line will serve the neighborhoods of Pelguranna, Sitsi, Pelgulinn, Karjamaa, and Kalamaja, providing fast and convenient connections to the city center.
