The Tallinn City Government initiated a detailed plan in today's session for the design of up to a three-story apartment building in the central area of the Nõmme district.

With the end of the winter break, the construction of the Old City Harbour tramway in the city centre continues, affecting the daily lives and traffic arrangements of many citizens.
