From 30 March, Tallinn is offering free legal advice to residents in ten scheduled consultation days in all eight of the city districts.

Tallinn aims to create a nine-kilometre-long park area on a limestone cliff bordering Lasnamäe, Kesklinn and Pirita. The results of the call for ideas for the park will be presented on Thursday 31 March at 17-19 in the Lauluväljaku Klaassaal. The presentation can also be followed online.

The spring migration of toads has started and a temporary traffic restriction has been introduced on Astangu Street in Tallinn to ensure a safer migration route for amphibians. The ban on motor vehicles on the stretch from Kotermaa Street to 19/3 Astangu Street is in force from 9 pm until 6 am. The traffic restriction will remain in force until the end of the toad migration.

To receive the items free of charge, a war refugee needs to validate the Tallinn smartcard at the shop's cash desk together with an identity document.
