As part of its upcoming title year as the European Capital of Sport, Tallinn is marking World Car-Free Day on September 22 with a strong focus on sports.
The evaluation committee of the Tallinn Entrepreneurship Awards competition has selected 23 ventures to continue competing for the city's entrepreneurship awards across seven main categories. The nominees include established businesses with extensive experience and large workforces, innovative technology-based enterprises, and notable development and tourism projects.
On October 1, the annual Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day, themed "Forethought," will focus on the importance of strategic thinking and future-oriented approaches across various aspects of entrepreneurship. A total of 53 events, including seminars and workshops, will take place at the Radisson Collection Hotel Conference Center and other locations throughout the city. Registration is open.
Tallinn, as the European Capital of Sport 2025, aims to generate positive and lasting value throughout its title year, encouraging residents to be more active and lead healthier lives.

Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day focuses on the latter: “prendes”- to understand, grasp and think ahead. Throughout the day, we’ll collectively explore various aspects of entrepreneurship, emphasizing strategic thinking and a future-oriented perspective.
