The reconstruction works on Vana-Kalamaja Street in Põhja-Tallinn are approaching completion. The project resulted in a high-quality urban space that ensures safe and comfortable travel for people, with a focus on promoting walking and cycling. The renovated street will be opened during a street festival, which takes place from 1-3 September. The regular route of bus line number 3 will resume on 1 September and the street will reopen to car traffic on the evening of 3 September.

During the upcoming Christmas holidays and New Year period, residents can access urgent healthcare services at all city hospitals' emergency departments, at Tallinn Dental Clinic (Tallinna Hambakliinik) and can contact the Family Doctor's Advice Line (Perearsti nõuandetelefon) at 1220.

Since March, Tallinn has offered free legal advice to residents in every district. The last consultation days for this year will be held on Thursday, October 26 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Tallinna Kesklinna Sotsiaalkeskus (Social Center in Kesklinn) and on Tuesday, November 14 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Pirita District Administration.

SA Tallinna Kultuurikatel received the internationally known ecolabel Green Key, which lets visitors know that the company’s activities are environmentally friendly.

Tallinn continues to develop its trolleybus network, with the reconstruction of the trolleybus network infrastructure and the acquisition of 40 new battery-powered trolleybuses planned over the next five to six years. The city government instructed AS Tallinna Linnatransport to start preparations for the necessary procurement.
