The northern section of Ahtri Street in the Tallinn city centre will reopen to traffic on Monday, 6 November, improving traffic flow in the area.

Tallinn invites residents to participate in a survey on the topic of light pollution to identify which sources of light disturbance affect city residents the most. Responses accepted until November 13, 2023.

All residents of Tallinn have until midnight on 30 November to take part in the selection of the best athlete and team in Tallinn 2022. During the free waste collection week, almost three times as much bulky waste was brought to Tallinn’s waste collection stations than during a regular week in November.

Next year's budget for Tallinn's education sector includes a pay rise for school and nursery school teachers. The 2023 budget also includes increased payments for school lunches and other investments for educational establishments.
