The Tallinn City Government approved a cooperation agreement with electric scooter rental companies to enable riders use the bicycle parking places created in the city centre free of charge.

On Friday, Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart met with the Mayor of Helsinki Jan Vapaavuori online to summarize the development of collaboration between the two cities and set new goals for the next cooperation agreement.

From 17 May, groups of up to 25 people are allowed to attend public events and meetings and entertainment venues outdoors. People can visit outdoor public saunas, spas, swimming pools, and water parks, provided that the number of participants does not exceed 25 people per group.

The innovation competition Tallinnovation, organised by the Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol and the City of Tallinn, is open for applications from May 12. The competition seeks to find smart city solutions to make the municipal services and urban environment in Tallinn more convenient for both residents and visitors.
