The 20th annual Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day takes place on September 26th at the Viru Conference Center. The theme of the event is "Skills that Matter in Future Entrepreneurship," emphasizing the development of entrepreneurial skills and their significance in a changing business environment.

From September 16-24, the ninth Days of National Cultures took place in Tallinn, featuring nearly a hundred events, including free concerts, exhibitions, language cafes, workshops, cultural evenings, and children's activities, representing almost 30 nationalities.

The City Government sent to the City Council today a draft regulation to update the principles of allocating and managing municipal housing, with the primary goal of ensuring that those in greatest need can obtain housing from the city within a reasonable timeframe.

Tallinn has 58 municipal general education schools as of the 2023/24 school year. 48,700 students will start in these schools in September. More than 3860 of them will enter the first grade. The city offers an allowance at the beginning of the school year for students under the age of 19.

The temporary tram line No. 6, introduced during the construction of the Old City Harbour tram line, will continue to operate on the Tondi-Kopli route until at least the end of October. Starting on October 1, the rest of the tram traffic will be fully restored. The City is also exploring the option of permanently continuing with tram line No. 6
