Starting today and running through 14 April, all Tallinn residents are invited to submit ideas for improving the city’s living environment.

The Tallinn Property Department is proposing the initiation of a new detailed plan for Linnahall and its surrounding area to develop the site into a modern event venue and open the city to the sea, in line with the goals of the maritime vision and the broader development of the port area.

As part of the Tallinn – European Capital of Sport 2025 program, a winter swimming day will take place on Saturday, February 22.

From February 14 to March 4, the Tallinn Bun Fest will take over the city – a unique winter food festival that blends Estonia’s Shrove Tuesday traditions with Tallinn’s world-class café culture.

Companies providing electric scooter and bicycle rental services in Tallinn will start the new season on March 1 after a three-month winter break.

As part of the European Capital of Sport programme, an Ice Sports Day will take place on Saturday, March 22, starting at 10:00 at Tondiraba Ice Hall.
