From 30 March, Tallinn is offering free legal advice to residents in ten scheduled consultation days in all eight of the city districts.

Tallinn aims to create a nine-kilometre-long park area on a limestone cliff bordering Lasnamäe, Kesklinn and Pirita. The results of the call for ideas for the park will be presented on Thursday 31 March at 17-19 in the Lauluväljaku Klaassaal. The presentation can also be followed online.

For ten more days, you can submit your ideas to Tallinn Strategic Management Office’s installation competition ‘Place Buzz’, which aims to enrich the Pollinator Highway with environmentally conscious urban art.

For the second year in a row, Tallinn will organise New Year's Eve fireworks displays in several different locations to make them as dispersed and safe as possible. The Tallinn City Government and the Estonian Society for the Protection of Animals jointly invite citizens to forgo personal fireworks and take part in the controlled fire shows organised by the city.

During the European Week for Waste Reduction in November, residents of Tallinn donated nearly 3,000 kilograms of household items for recycling. The collection campaign was organised in cooperation between the Re-Use Centre and the City of Tallinn.

Tallinn's streets will be embellished with more than 300 light installations during the darkest time of the year, while a comprehensive light park, one of the largest in Europe, will be built on Vabaduse Square.

In the vote on Tallinn's participatory budget, the citizens supported projects that bring greenery, outdoor recreation equipment and amenities to parks and other recreational areas.

Earlier this year, Tallinn started the construction of a health trail in the Nõmme-Mustamäe Landscape Reserve. After extensive discussions with the local community, it was decided to suspend the construction of the new health trail for the time being.

The second day of the Tallinn Day program, 14 May, will be dedicated to the city districts, which will organize several exciting events. One of the highlights of the spring season will be the flower-planting workshops in the districts of Kesklinn, Haabersti, Nõmme, Kristiine, Lasnamäe, and Põhja-Tallinn.
