The City of Tallinn has cancelled the bicycle shelter procurement initiated by the Tallinn Urban Environment and Public Works Department, as all bids significantly exceeded the expected cost. The department has been tasked with launching a new tender that incorporates expert recommendations and ensures a reasonable price. The bike shelters are set to be built for the next cycling season in spring

The Tallinn City Government has approved the full use of the purchase option under the contract concluded by AS Tallinna Linnatransport, under which 30 additional battery trolleybuses will be acquired next year.

Starting 2 September 2025, public paid parking services in Tallinn will be provided by OÜ EuroPark Estonia, replacing the current operator AS Ühisteenused. The change of service provider is technical in nature and will not affect parking rules or prices.

Next weekend, 23–24 August, the international triathlon IRONMAN Tallinn 2025 will cause temporary traffic restrictions and changes in both Tallinn and Harju County. On July 1, speed cameras located in the area of the Reidi tee, Narva maantee, and Pirita tee intersection will be activated. These cameras will not only detect speed violations but also those who ignore red traffic lights.
