From 7 March until 3 April the routes of seven bus lines will be having changes in their regular routes: bus lines No 9, 11, 31, 46, 55, 67 and 68.

A transition plan for Tallinn's municipal kindergartens and schools to Estonian-language education was approved by the Tallinn City Government. On Wednesday, October 25, road resurfacing work will take place on Kreutzwaldi Street, between Tartu maantee and Gonsiori Street. Due to the construction, the bus routes No. 9, 31, 35, 42, 46, and 55 in Tallinn's city center will be temporarily altered.

The application period for the 2023 City Council Scholarship (Raestipendium) is from October 1 to October 15. The scholarship is aimed at supporting master's and doctoral students whose research is related to Tallinn, has practical value for the city, or helps solve urban issues.

Next year's budget for Tallinn's education sector includes a pay rise for school and nursery school teachers. The 2023 budget also includes increased payments for school lunches and other investments for educational establishments.

According to the draft budget for Tallinn 2023, the priorities in the field of transport are the development and modernization of the public transport network and improving environmental approaches of public transport in the capital. It will also ensure that public transport continues to be free of charge for the residents of Tallinn.
