The City of Tallinn has cancelled the bicycle shelter procurement initiated by the Tallinn Urban Environment and Public Works Department, as all bids significantly exceeded the expected cost. The department has been tasked with launching a new tender that incorporates expert recommendations and ensures a reasonable price. As part of preparations for the deployment of new battery trolleybuses in 2026, AS Tallinna Linnatransport is continuing upgrades to the city’s trolleybus infrastructure. On Monday, 11 August, the third stage of medium- and low-voltage cable reconstruction works will begin in Mustamäe, lasting until November.

Starting 2 September 2025, public paid parking services in Tallinn will be provided by OÜ EuroPark Estonia, replacing the current operator AS Ühisteenused. The change of service provider is technical in nature and will not affect parking rules or prices.
