The City of Tallinn has cancelled the bicycle shelter procurement initiated by the Tallinn Urban Environment and Public Works Department, as all bids significantly exceeded the expected cost. The department has been tasked with launching a new tender that incorporates expert recommendations and ensures a reasonable price. The City of Tallinn is offering free legal advice to residents during scheduled consultation days in each district. The next consultation days will be on June 6 from 9:00 to 14:00 at the Kristiine District Government office and on June 13 from 13:00 to 18:00 at the Põhja-Tallinn District Government office.

The Tallinn Property Department is set to build a supportive housing facility at Tammsaare tee 135 in Mustamäe, which will offer municipal housing for the elderly, people with disabilities, and young families. Construction work will begin this week and is expected to be completed by August 2025, with a total cost of just over 9.6 million euros.
