A total of 5,144 people were vaccinated in the vaccination centres in Sõle Sports Centre and Tondiraba Ice Rink from Friday to Sunday. The centres were capable of vaccinating a total of 7,100 people.
Financial support from the European Union as well as from the states to cities should be provided as a holictic package in order to make urban environments greener and more sustainable, said Tallinn Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart at the Annual Dialogue of EU Capital City Mayors with the European Commission.

The 18th Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day took place on Tuesday 28 September and included more than 40 events dedicated to participants ranging from brand new entrepreneurs to senior executives. In total, 2000 people attended the seminars in person and online. This year’s Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day was a hybrid event – selected seminars were streamed online, but the main programme took place in person. This was made possible with the help of 40 partners.

Today, on May 17, the vaccination centre of West Tallinn Central Hospital will be opened in Mustamäe Cultural Centre Kaja (E. Vilde tee 118) and tomorrow, May 18, the vaccination centre of East Tallinn Central Hospital will be opened in Tondiraba Ice Hall. All people who have booked an appointment at the digital reception are expected to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Tallinn City Government has appointed Mart Luik as the Business Director of Tallinn. Luik was selected in a public competition and will start working as the head of Enterprise Service of the Tallinn Strategic Management Office on 24 May.
