From 3 to 6 July, the 28th Song and 21st Dance Celebration “Iseoma” will take place in Tallinn. During the event, shuttle buses will take visitors from the city centre to the dance and song celebration venues and bring them back again. Those attending the Song Celebration can leave their vehicle in various car parks and travel to the Song Festival Grounds using public transport.
This weekend, Sõle Sports Center and Tondiraba Ice Rink will be opened as vaccination centers for Tallinners aged 65+. Vaccinations can be registered at the digital registry from 31 March and by telephone from 1 April.
A total of 5,144 people were vaccinated in the vaccination centres in Sõle Sports Centre and Tondiraba Ice Rink from Friday to Sunday. The centres were capable of vaccinating a total of 7,100 people.
By Tuesday evening, 15,922 voters had cast their votes in Tallinn polling places, which is a little over half of the people who had voted in polling places all over Estonia.
In anticipation of Advent, Tallinn will be decorated with fairytale-like winter lights - Christmas decorations and various lighting solutions will be installed in the Old Town and all over the city.
