Today, the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) launches the international video series “Travel Redefined: Tourism for People and Planet.” The series, filmed across six continents, features more than 20 organisations and destinations. Representing Estonia is Tallinn’s tourism brand Visit Tallinn. The Tallinn stories focus on conference tourism and explain how even very large events can be organised in an environmentally conscious way, leaving behind a positive impact.

Today, on September 2, Tallinn’s partner city Odesa celebrates its City Day, which is linked to the city’s official founding in 1794. The date is marked with festive events, concerts, and cultural programs.

For the third year in a row, Tallinn has published the annual report on the implementation of the “Tallinn 2035” development strategy. The report provides a clear overview of how the city delivered on its goals over the past year and how it tackled key challenges along the way.
