The city of Tallinn and Utilitas OÜ will enter into a partnership agreement with the aim of creating the joint venture AS Utilitas Tallinna Soojus for district heating, 33.34% being owned by the city and 66.66% by Utilitas. The new joint venture will be a holding company leading investments in the Tallinn region, while AS Utilitas Tallinn will continue to sell heat.
Today, 9 June, KUU and Nikita Atikin’s architects presented rough plans for the new building of Tallinn Hobby Centre Kullo. Although primarily meant for children and young people, the building will also become a modern community centre, adding value to the entire area.

Saturday, 20 August marks thirty-one years since Estonia regained its independence. To celebrate this, a wide range of free concerts and family days will be held across Tallinn.
UNESCO City of Music Tallinn will commemorate Estonia’s Restoration of Independence Day with a traditional concert at Harjumägi’s 20th of August Square. The concert will take place on Tuesday, August 20, at 14:00 and is free for all. Mayor Jevgeni Ossinovski will greet fellow citizens on this festive day.
