On 26 May, Deputy Mayor of Tallinn Riina Solman handed over Tallinn's targeted support of 20,000 euros to the City of Kyiv at the City Hall, in the presence of Mayor Vitali Klitschko. The funding financed the purchase of portable power stations for families raising children with special needs.

Five South Korean technology companies have been selected for the Test in Tallinn innovation program and will begin testing their solutions in Tallinn. The selection was made from eight companies that presented their innovation projects to the program’s evaluation committee.

Tallinn was awarded the "Rescuer City" honorary distinction by the President of Ukraine at the IV International Summit of Cities and Regions held in Kyiv. The distinction was received by the Chairman of the Tallinn City Council, Mihhail Kõlvart, who served as Mayor of Tallinn from 2019 to 2024.
