Utilitas started the construction of a heat pump plant in Paljassaare
The construction of Utilitas’ wastewater and seawater heat pump plant and seawater pumping station to be built in Paljassaare began today. The emission-free plant will start supplying heat to Tallinn’s district heating network in the winter season of 2026.
Tallinn and Spain’s Ministry of Education and Vocational Training sign memorandum on educational cooperation
The City of Tallinn and the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of the Kingdom of Spain have signed a memorandum of understanding to promote educational cooperation. The signing ceremony took place today at Tallinn Mustamäe Upper Secondary School, with Deputy Mayor Aleksei Jašin representing the City of Tallinn and José Aurelio Llaneza Villanueva representing the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of the Kingdom of Spain.
From Friday to Sunday, votes for the Tallinn City Council may be cast in the voter’s district of residence
From Friday to Sunday, October 15 to 17, you can cast your vote in for the Tallinn City Council in the polling stations of your district of residence. There are a total of 95 polling places open.
Voters can apply to vote from home for compelling reasons
Tallinn voters who cannot vote in the local elections at the polling place because of a health condition or other compelling reasons can order a ballot box at home by contacting the city district government.
