Since March, Tallinn has offered free legal advice to residents in every district. The last consultation days for this year will be held on Thursday, October 26 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Tallinna Kesklinna Sotsiaalkeskus (Social Center in Kesklinn) and on Tuesday, November 14 from 9 am to 5 pm at the Pirita District Administration.

Since opening in mid-November, Tallinn's ice rinks have already welcomed over 20,000 visitors within three weeks. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the winter season at Tallinn's ice rinks – local schools can organize free skating sessions, and seniors have special times set aside for complimentary visits.

Tallinn Central Library and its branch libraries will open from 9 AM during the first half of next week, from January 22 to 24, coinciding with the beginning of the teachers' strike. They welcome children and students to come in for reading and studying.

On 19 May, the Southeast Asian tropical rainforest exhibition building in Tallinn Zoo was ceremonially opened. Various species can be seen and learned about, even those that have become rare in nature. Guests are welcome to visit the rainforest from 20 May.

This year, Tallinn continues to support projects that enhance residents' environmental awareness and improve gardening opportunities in the city.

A new series of outdoor training programmes lasting throughout the summer will begin on Monday, 12 June. The objective of these programmes is to offer young people aged 7-26 a way to spend time doing sporting activities during the summer and to encourage them to exercise regularly. Participation in the summer training is free for young people from Tallinn.

Tallinn will host the ninth annual Days of National Cultures, a vibrant celebration highlighting the rich cultures of the city's local ethnic minorities, from September 16th to 24th.
