Tallinn's open-air ice rinks are set to open in mid-November. Mustamäe and Lasnamäe rinks will open on November 11, Nõmme and Old Town rinks on November 18. Schools can schedule free sessions on the rinks, and seniors are offered complimentary access.

A new series of outdoor training programmes lasting throughout the summer will begin on Monday, 12 June. The objective of these programmes is to offer young people aged 7-26 a way to spend time doing sporting activities during the summer and to encourage them to exercise regularly. Participation in the summer training is free for young people from Tallinn.

Since March, Tallinn has offered free legal advice to residents in every district. The number of free parking spaces for members of diplomatic institutions on public Tallinn parking spaces was reduced on 1 July. Diplomats residing in the capital were offered the choice to use free public transportation. On Friday, British Ambassador Ross Allen visited a Tallinn City Office service bureau to obtain a travel smartcard (Ühiskaart).
