The 103rd anniversary of the Republic of Estonia will be celebrated in each City District with various events, such as public flag-raisings, open-air concerts and an opening of a new snow sculpture park.
Due to the construction of the second phase of the Vanasadama tram line, which will begin in April, changes will be made to 27 bus routes. From 4 April to 31 May 2023, buses 1, 2, 8, 9, 11, 14, 18, 18A, 20, 20A, 23, 29, 31, 34, 35, 38, 40, 44, 46, 48, 51, 55, 60, 63, 67 and 68 will be rerouted and bus 15 will change.
UNESCO City of Music Tallinn will commemorate Estonia’s Restoration of Independence Day with a traditional concert at Harjumägi’s 20th of August Square. The concert will take place on Tuesday, August 20, at 14:00 and is free for all. Mayor Jevgeni Ossinovski will greet fellow citizens on this festive day.
