Dear Pet Owner
In order to bring a deceased pet to the crematorium or to arrange transportation from the crematorium, prior agreement via phone at 55517527 is necessary.
The crematorium cremates the pet both as a general cremation and as an individual cremation, and the pet owner can receive their pet's ashes in a preferred package/urn.
Payment for the service on-site can be made in cash or by card. If you request pickup from home or the clinic, please be aware that our courier cannot use a card terminal for payment.
